I love real estate and as a native New Yorker, I am passionate about my city. It's that simple. So, when I started as a real estate broker in 2001, I quickly realized that I had found a career that enabled me to embrace my passion for both real estate and New York City. I found my calling. As a real estate broker, I have my finger on the pulse of the city everyday -- on the streets, in beautiful homes, as a tour guide and as a knowledgeable source of what's what and who's who.

New York City’s fascinating history, boundless energy and diverse people make our city unlike anywhere else. I find true satisfaction working in such a unique place with such unique people towards a common goal – buying or selling a home. Whether it is seeing the excitement of a future that is then unveiled to a buyer who has found his or her dream home, or selling an apartment at a price my sellers are happy with and can walk away fulfilled, I always remember that this is a very personal process for my clients. That is why I strive towards a job exceptionally well done.

Bottom line: it is critical to work with a real estate broker who not only understands your goals, but who can also fully execute a plan to achieve them. I never forget how valuable my clients’ time is, so I always carefully listen to what they are saying. This is a skill I have been commended on over and over again. Both times I worked with Anna, as a buyer and a seller, she dedicated a great deal of time and resources to our search and took the initiative to keep me focused on closing the deal. When I was looking to buy, she made sure that I saw as many apartments as possible so that I could make an informed decision regarding where I wanted to live, and she kept me positive and excited when my enthusiasm waned. When I wanted to sell, Anna brought people to the property almost daily and held frequent open houses. Because of this, I was able to sell my Gramercy apartment in three months at just under my asking price, which I think is a phenomenal result given what the market was like in 2008. I wholeheartedly recommend Anna to others, especially if they're looking to make a transaction quickly. She's the best broker to have in this current market.

I have known Anna for almost ten years, and she has helped me to both buy and sell apartments. Anna is truly great; she knows the market and how to get people in the door. Anna did a great job of keeping people interested in the home my wife and I were selling. She was able to generate a strong demand and we ended up selling our home for more than we had imagined possible. Anna is particularly good at negotiating, especially in this economic climate. My experience working with Anna to purchase a co-op on the Upper East Side of Manhattan was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and she understood the unusual conditions of the co-op real estate market in NYC. Anna was very patient and accessible. My experience working with Anna to purchase a loft in Soho was very positive. I think my referrals speak for themselves: I have never had any hesitation referring Anna, and have referred her to seven people. Anna brings what a broker is supposed to bring to the table. She is knowledgeable, thorough and she has an understanding of what the client is looking for. She is especially responsive. I have purchased two other properties in wealthy areas across the US, and Anna is substantially better than any of the other brokers I’ve worked with.

I have worked with Anna on a couple of occasions. Each time, Anna was very understanding of my needs and she always kept my budget in mind. She understands that she is trying to help you find a house of your dreams, but she is also realistic. Anna provided me with a wide variety of apartment choices. I felt like it didn’t matter if I found the best place on the first look or twentieth. Anna was always willing to find more options and make multiple visits to the same place. I have already recommended Anna on several occasions.

Back in October 2007, my wife and I were planning to upgrade our home to accommodate a bigger family. I owned my apartment and didn’t really want to move. Instead, I wanted to knock down a wall to make the place bigger because I didn’t think I could afford the home we wanted. Yet, Anna helped us to obtain our ideal home. Anna completely understood our expectations and we immediately fell in love with the apartment that she found for us. She was the only broker who showed us the apartment we ended up buying. Further, the apartment we found was below the maximum price we were willing to spend. In short, Anna actually listened! I thought it was great that Anna didn’t over-show anything. She had a plan and a method. I know many people who have worked with her, and they all think highly of her work.

I have worked with Anna on more than one occasion. Most recently, I sold a building on the Lower East Side which I had previously converted to condos. I owned the building and my wife and I had sold a building by ourselves in the past so I had been planning on selling it without using a broker. I began advertising and I decided to host a brokers’ party of about 50 people. I happened to meet Anna at the party and she stood out. Her enthusiasm, hard work, and intelligence were everything we needed. After that single meeting, we said “forget it, she’s going to sell the house!” and she did. I have always had a wonderful experience working with Anna.

My husband and I buy and sell real estate about every six years, so we have dealt with many real estate agents. Anna is by far one of the best agents I have worked with. She stands out because she is extremely honest and she listens to exactly what I need in a home. Anna never wastes my time by showing me homes I’m not interested in; she is very intuitive. On the selling end, Anna is appropriately aggressive. I recently purchased an apartment in Brooklyn, and asked Anna to be my agent. She does not typically work in Brooklyn, but she came out to my area of interest many times to familiarize herself with the neighborhood. She was in constant contact with me and other agents as well. Anna even found me a great primary agent in Brooklyn. She was instrumental in finding me my new home. I would recommend Anna with the highest confidence.

Anna helped me to buy my first home in Manhattan and I had an excellent experience. Anna is very professional. I told her what I wanted, she listened and understood which attributes of a home were most important to me. She never wasted my time and yet gave me a good taste of the market; she outlined the scope, as well as what I could expect above and below my price range. She didn’t take me to see every single home on the market because she had a strong sense of what I wanted. When I look to buy or sell again, Anna will be my first call.
