Specialties
I consider myself an expert on lofts south of 34th street, however having lived in NYC for almost 14 years, I am fluent in all real estate transactions (co-ops, condos, townhouses, etc.) in all areas of Manhattan.
A great deal of my business has been with first-time buyers. Since rentals are so easy to come by here, many people opt to take that route until the time is right for them to buy. It is not unusual to be a first-time buyer in New York City at any price range. I have been complimented time and time again for my patience and diligence as I walk a new buyer through the process very carefully so they understand it from start to finish.
Since my business is primarily Downtown, it is only natural that I specialize in the gorgeous lofts that are concentrated here. Soho, Noho, Flatiron, Tribeca, Chelsea, Lower East Side and Union Square all have these beautiful dramatic properties with stunning architectural features, including high ceilings, over-sized windows, authentic columns and beams and open floor plans. These are some of the most interesting properties in all of Manhattan.
Moving to Manhattan can be very exciting but also very daunting. I have helped many buyers acclimate successfully and feel more at ease with adapting here. I never take for granted how intimidating the process can be in this magnificent but sometimes confusing city.

Agent's personal statement
I love real estate and as a native New Yorker, I am passionate about my city. It's that simple. So, when I started as a real estate broker in 2001, I quickly realized that I had found a career that enabled me to embrace my passion for both real estate and New York City. I found my calling. As a real estate broker, I have my finger on the pulse of the city everyday -- on the streets, in beautiful homes, as a tour guide and as a knowledgeable source of what's what and who's who.
New York City’s fascinating history, boundless energy and diverse people make our city unlike anywhere else. I find true satisfaction working in such a unique place with such unique people towards a common goal – buying or selling a home. Whether it is seeing the excitement of a future that is then unveiled to a buyer who has found his or her dream home, or selling an apartment at a price my sellers are happy with and can walk away fulfilled, I always remember that this is a very personal process for my clients. That is why I strive towards a job exceptionally well done.
Bottom line: it is critical to work with a real estate broker who not only understands your goals, but who can also fully execute a plan to achieve them. I never forget how valuable my clients’ time is, so I always carefully listen to what they are saying. This is a skill I have been commended on over and over again. I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your real estate goals.
