In my 18 years with Brown Harris Stevens, I have helped my clients buy and sell real estate throughout the city and in all price ranges. In my mind, working with new condominiums is an extremely exciting experience. A buyer can obtain a home on the cutting edge of design and architecture. While the process can be frustrating on some levels (i.e. not being able to move in for a year or two), I instill a level of confidence throughout the entire process.

Nothing is more exciting than moving to Manhattan. I moved here 32 years ago and the city is every bit as exciting today as it was then. I love to talk to people moving to the city about all the city has to offer, from what is available culturally, to neighborhood restaurants, to where the best gyms are located. I help instill this enthusiasm in my clients.

I love what I do. Being a real estate broker in Manhattan, everyday is different and exciting -- and no two clients, or transactions, are alike. While most people think that for real estate brokers, it's all about the deal, for me, it's not. For me, the deal is the culmination of the process of assisting my clients achieve their goals -- emotional and financial.

 

Having spent 12 years in advertising, I am able to provide my clients with an insight into how sellers need to market and position their co-ops, condos and townhouses. In addition, when it comes to working with buyers, my background enables me to synthesize my clients' needs and goals into a focused buying strategy. My ability to listen and focus on my customers' needs, instills confidence in my clients and is the reason that most of my business is referral based.

 

I represent both buyers and sellers in all price ranges throughout Manhattan including Park Avenue, the Upper West Side, Midtown, prime Soho, Sutton Place and Beekman Place.

 

But whether working with a buyer or a seller, my ultimate aim is the same: help my clients traverse a sometimes difficult process and achieve their goals.

I've worked with Daniel a number of times, both on the buying and selling side, and every experience has been phenomenal. I constantly refer him to friends, family, and colleagues. I would describe my experience with Daniel as very satisfactory. He's been the primary broker of my co-op building for the last 20 years, so he's handled more sales and purchases than all other brokers combined within the property. This gave him an expertise and familiarity with the property that really helped my sale. Daniel was good at helping me get my apartment ready to show, and he was able to make some great recommendations in terms of easy cosmetic improvements that would make it more attractive to buyers. He was also very helpful with determining a selling price, and he handled the negotiations extremely well to reach a price that was agreed upon by me and my buyers. I would recommend Daniel to others, particularly in Sutton Place. I was very satisfied with what we came up with in the end.

What I found to be outstanding about Daniel was his professionalism, attention to detail, and intimate knowledge of the Sutton Place area and its buildings. Daniel was always responsive and communicative during our work together, and I found his follow up to be great. He really knew the residences in my area, which allowed him to give expert advice. Once we found a property, he worked extensively on my Board package, which was tremendously helpful, since I had never lived in a co-op before. I've already recommended Daniel to my friends, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to deal in the Sutton Place area. I will definitely return to him if I need to enter the market again.

What I liked about working with Daniel is that he took a no-pressure approach to real estate. I never felt that he was trying to make me act in any particular direction; instead, the whole experience was purely informative and easy going. Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable about Manhattan's real estate market, pleasant to work with, and it was really enjoyable to find my pied-a-terre in the city.
