My husband and I first met Daniela eight years ago when we were trying to sell our first townhouse. The property was absolutely beautiful. It had a huge garden, four trees, and a great floor plan. We had been listing it through a three-month exclusive contract with another agency, but they weren’t able to sell it. We began to talk to a number of friends and family members, and we kept hearing Daniela’s name, so we called her. She came to look at the property and immediately asked if we would let her sell it. We accepted her offer, and within two weeks, she had a committed buyer who was offering us a great price. As soon as the townhouse sold, we started looking for a pre-war co-op, but we had some specific requirements for the property. Because of our young children, we wanted the apartment to be one floor, and it had to be in a neighborhood between their schools. Working with Daniela was an incredible experience. My husband and I had been renting in the city for some time, and when we became pregnant with our first child, we decided we wanted to upsize to a larger apartment. Daniela very quickly proved to us that we’d made the right decision in choosing her as our agent. She really acknowledged our needs and desires by taking copious notes during our first consultation, and she zeroed in on exactly what we were looking for. Because she was able to weed out properties that didn’t fit our needs, we found our apartment in a very short period of time. We actually came to know Daniela in a round-a-bout way. We were purchasing an apartment in which Daniela was representing the seller. Our broker was totally incapable of helping us with the board package, so Daniela stepped in and assisted us with every aspect of the procedure, including assisting us with the financial information required and guiding us in the preparation of all the documentation. This she did, even though she was representing the seller. I have since discovered, through conversations with many friends and acquaintances, that many brokers are very limited in their co-op board packaging capability and are merely able to bring a prospective client to a property, but can do nothing to help close the transaction. Daniela is the exact opposite. Daniela is totally involved with every step of the process and is available days, nights and weekends. She is totally aware of all building's board requirements which means that she will not waste a client's time, or cause a client embarassment, by taking them to a building where there is a possibility there is not a "fit." She communicates in a clear, non-complicated manner and is very educated and well-spoken. In addition, she is knowledgeable about, and has assisted clients in, every neighborhood and in every price-range in Manhattan. Daniela is the consummate real estate agent -- highly intelligent, totally involved, knowledgeable about every aspect in her field, soft-spoken and non-aggressive.
