I am a 20 year resident of New York City and have been with Citi Habitats since 1997. In that time, I have developed a substantial business serving sales and rental clients who demand thorough, yet efficient service. Much of my business is referral-based.
I know that my clients’ time is valuable. I’ve been in this business long enough to know how to move a deal along without cutting corners. People use brokers to educate them on the current market trends, apartment pricing and availability, how to obtain mortgages and what it takes to close. With my experience, I’m able to provide clients with industry knowledge that will make them comfortable buying, selling, or renting.
I've been a Citi Habitat’s top producer, top earner and #1 agent every year since I started. Sometimes referred to as "the broker on wheels," I bike around the city, giving me an edge by covering a great amount of territory.
In addition to studying Middle Eastern Politics at Columbia University, I've traveled the world. In the last 10 years, I've been to at least 60 countries, lived in a cave in India, hiked the Himalayan Mountains, and bungee jumped 111 meters off the Zambeze Bridge in Zimbabwae.
