I specialize in archetypal downtown apartments: lofts and brownstones in Gramercy, Chelsea, West Village, Greenwich Village, SoHo and TriBeCa. I am a 20 year resident of New York City and have been with Citi Habitats since 1997. In that time, I have developed a substantial business serving sales and rental clients who demand thorough, yet efficient service. Much of my business is referral-based.

I know that my clients’ time is valuable. I’ve been in this business long enough to know how to move a deal along without cutting corners. People use brokers to educate them on the current market trends, apartment pricing and availability, how to obtain mortgages and what it takes to close. With my experience, I’m able to provide clients with industry knowledge that will make them comfortable buying, selling, or renting.

I've been a Citi Habitat’s top producer, top earner and #1 agent every year since I started. Sometimes referred to as "the broker on wheels," I bike around the city, giving me an edge by covering a great amount of territory.

In addition to studying Middle Eastern Politics at Columbia University, I've traveled the world. In the last 10 years, I've been to at least 60 countries, lived in a cave in India, hiked the Himalayan Mountains, and bungee jumped 111 meters off the Zambeze Bridge in Zimbabwae.

Danny is incredibly informed in all aspects of real estate, and he because he lives in the neighborhood, he knows the Tribeca area particularly well. He has inside knowledge of not only what's currently on the market, but even properties that will soon be put on the market. I think that this type of information is extremely valuable, and his knowledge as a whole is outstanding. For our pied-a-terre, he was able to provide us with price points for the area, and he understood the value of each property well enough to say whether it was priced correctly or not. I've already recommended Danny to friends, and I will continue to recommend him, as well.

Danny's knowledge of the Tribeca area is unmatched. He had such an extensive understanding of the neighborhood that he was able to provide a wide range of advice regarding buildings, price points, and values in the area. I've bought and sold a couple properties in the New York City area, and Danny is really the best broker I've worked with. Danny has a very easy-going manner about him, and he's very friendly, but that doesn't stop him from being hard-working and efficient. He's extremely social, which has created for him a network of contacts that has proven to be very helpful in my transactions with him. I highly recommend Danny to everyone I know. Working with him is more than likely to be a very positive experience.

Working with Danny was a very positive experience. He's a great communicator, and he's kept us informed of what's going on since the start. When we first put our home on the market, Danny was able to provide great exposure for it. He really understands lofts in lower Manhattan, and he has a client base that appreciates that type of property, so he was able to draw in a number of prospective buyers for us. Because of his understanding of real estate in the downtown area, he was also able to price the property correctly and explain his reasoning regarding that price. He kept his goals realistic, and he followed through to the end of the sale. Danny really understands his niche, and he's very good at working within that niche.

I first bumped into Danny at an open house that he had arranged. We talked briefly and I told him what I was looking for in a property. We gradually developed a professional relationship in which he would find properties that fit what I had described to him and show them to me when I was in town. What I liked about working with Danny was that he was always out getting research done, learning about his listings, and he remained very aggressive throughout the buying process. He was extremely helpful in closing by avoiding a bidding war and finding the best price for me. I've already recommended Danny to friends, and I would do so again.

Danny is a miracle worker. He gets things done on time, and he always finds great values for me as a client. Both on the selling side and for my investments, Danny's been able to find the best prices out there. If you're looking for an agent to sit and have a cup of coffee with while you chat about your property, Danny isn't the agent for you. He's a real go-getter, and his approach to real estate is no nonsense. He's professional, honest, and he delivers on his promises.

Working with Danny was exactly the experience I'd want when working with a broker. It was all around perfect, and as a testament to that, I've already recommended Danny to a number of people. He's truly a great guy. Danny is extremely knowledgeable regarding the market, and he thoroughly researches the apartments that he shows his clients. With some brokers, I've gotten the impression that they were discovering the property at the same time I was, but with Danny, this isn't the case. He makes the selection of properties ahead of time based on his client's tastes, and he's able to describe them while en route to a viewing. I find this to be quite unique. Because of this approach, Danny never wasted my time with dead-end locations.

I found working with Danny to be very enjoyable. He was energetic, charismatic, and very enthusiastic every time we met. He was also personally engaging, and I developed a friendship with him that I haven't experienced with any other broker. I've recommended him many times before, and I'd work with him again without reservation. Danny was very good in regards to understanding my wants and needs, but more importantly, he understood what I absolutely didn't want, so he never showed me a space that was inappropriate for me. He was very tuned in to me as a client. I found Danny's knowledge of the downtown area to be more in-depth than any other agent I've ever met. He knows not only the buildings and neighborhoods, but he can even remember precise units within each building. I found this recall ability to be incredible, and it gave Danny an edge in terms of providing me with insider information for each space. Danny also had insider knowledge of each co-op Board that we visited as well as listings that were soon to be available. I found this to be very unusual for a broker, but also very valuable. Danny's way with people also proved to be very helpful in our dealings together. Most of the doormen at the buildings we visited knew him personally and liked him, as well, so Danny could always get into a space to show me it.
