Specialties
My focus is on helping sellers get the best possible price, exposure and marketing for their properties. With regard to buyers it is to always understand their lifestyle, needs and priorities and find the properties that fits these needs and desires. I have been fortunate to be able to accomplish these goals for many years in this business and have sold many properties including some of the most expensive properties in Manhattan. I have developed a large and impressive clientele and have been consistently one of the highest producers in my field.
Throughout my career, I have specialized in helping my clients buy and sell real estate in the high-end, luxury market. Not only do I have a proven track record of setting sales prices, but I also am the broker of choice for top executives of leading companies, celebrities and foreign buyers. My experience working in this high-end real estate market is unmatched. In fact, the Wall Street Journal named me as a Top 10 real estate broker in the U.S. in 2007 and Top 20 in 2006.
I have been a top broker for high-end sales in co-ops, condos and townhouses. I have handled transactions in the luxury market for many of the biggest names in the U.S. and abroad and have set records for the price per square foot multiple times throughout the years.

Agent's personal statement
I have been a top broker for high-end sales of co-ops, condominiums and townhouses for nearly twenty years. From my experience, I know that there is a strong emotional component to residential real estate that can't be quantified. That is why I sometimes feel like a psychiatrist trying to figure out my clients' desires. Clients think they want one thing, but in fact, they might be attracted to something else. By listening to what my clients have to say, and also what they don't say, I am able to help my clients pinpoint their goals.
In my career, I have handled transactions in the luxury market for some of the biggest names in the United States and abroad. Many of my sales have set records for price per square foot. I was listed as one of the Top 200 Brokers in the United States by the Wall Street Journal for 2006 and 2007, landing in the top ten in 2007 and the top 20 in 2006. I have been interviewed by numerous publications including New York Magazine, The Real Deal, Architectural Digest, Quest, Avenue, Hamptons Magazine and Dan’s Papers.
Before becoming involved in real estate, I was a high school math and science teacher. I have taken many of the skills I developed as a teacher and utilized them to real estate sales. I am married, have a son and daughter as well as two step-daughters. I am proud of my involvement in many philanthropic activities and I am on the board of The Rita Hayworth Gala for Alzheimer’s research. Currently, I am actively supporting a gastro-intestinal center to be built at New York Hospital.
