I work with clients throughout Manhattan, but have primarily focused on the Upper East and West Sides. I enjoy representing sellers as well as buyers and have no price minimum or maximum. I find most of my clients as a result of personal referrals and work well with high-end clients as well as younger family members just starting out. I've been in the business for over twenty years and have experienced both up and down markets.
I have had quite a bit of experience selling estates on behalf of families and/or executors. This usually requires a bit more “hands on” work in terms of giving advice on services available to help appraise and/or remove items in order to “stage” an apartment to show it to its best advantage. Working with different members of a family who may or may not agree on the value of the property to be sold requires a great deal of patience.
Working with clients who are leaving the city is another case where the sellers require a bit more hand holding through the process as they may have already left the city and be dealing with all the details by long distance. Again, this type of sale requires recommendations of services, movers, and most importantly communicating the process to the sellers in a way that does not cause them to needlessly worry.

I have worked for over twenty years selling real estate in Manhattan. My colleagues and the people I work for know that I am professional, dependable and discreet.
My goal is to find the right home for my buyers and to find the right buyers for my sellers’ homes. My marketing and sales skills transferred from an earlier career in advertising and public relations. My negotiating skills were fine tuned as an executive with an international travel company where I also acquired painstaking attention to detail and full service orientation.
If I am hired to sell a home, I research the building, the neighborhood and all of its positive and negative aspects. The marketing and advertising strategy are “fine tuned” specifically for that property. I am there for every showing.
