As a New Yorker, I know when a client or customer asks for information, they wanted the information immediately. You can always count on my team to get back to you promptly. My team and I represent a new generation of real estate professionals. We are a collective of forward thinking, technology savvy, multi-lingual, prompt, real estate professionals.
I know first hand about relocating to New York from aboard because that's exactly what I did. My own assimilation to American culture helps me to understand the needs of my international buyers from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, South Pacific Asia, Italy and the U.K. Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese dialect) compliment my Asian customer base, and my study aboard experience in Europe helps me understand the business etiquette and customs of many cultures. I have a team of experts that assist international buyers with U.S. asset planning, financial advising, taxation inquiries and foreigner financing. It is absolutely crucial to investigate and understand these important factors before an international buyer begin shopping for a home.
We know that buying a home in New York City can be a challenging process. Now factor in owning one or more pets and it can be overwhelming. Every building has a different pet policy: some don't allow any pets, some allow only cats, others allow dogs below 40 lbs, others just one dog. So what do you do if you have two 150lb Great Danes? I understand the difficulties with finding a pet-friendly home in NYC. I know the pet friendly buildings in Manhattan and we can answer the important questions, including: Is a co-op or condo better for pets? What buildings allow what breeds? Where are the best dog parks?
I grew up in a family of real estate investors from all over the world. I know first hand that real estate is one of the best assets in which to invest. I believe there are "good deals" in any marketplace if you know where to look. My team and I strategically develop a systematic investment plan for each one of our investors based on their specific needs. Whether you are a first-time or seasoned investor, we have the experience and the resources you need to ensure that you maximize your investment.
