Fabienne is a wonderful person. She is very professional and didn't waste any of my time. She was very upfront with me regarding the different apartments she was showing me. Fabienne never tried to sell my on a specific apartment; she never said "this is perfect for you." Instead, she showed me apartments that fit what I was looking for and let me make the decision. Before I met Fabienne, my experience with agents was really awful. On the other hand, she was terrific. Her communication and negotiation skills were great. When you have to go through the process of buying or selling a house, it can be a lot. Fabienne handled everything for us. She was really on top of everything. When I have to move again, she will be the agent who I use.

Working with Fabienne was a wholly positive experience. We've used the services of agents during the course of buying properties in our native London and in Paris but Fabienne is the best we've ever encountered. We were under pressure to find an apartment within a limited period as we were moving from London to New York. We'd looked at many properties during a viewing trip and had felt quite dejected, having found nothing suitable. We then met Fabienne and gave her our very definite specifications. We, for instance, wanted a place that had plenty of light and we naturally had an upper limit to our budget. Fabienne has an excellent eye and she was able accurately to gauge our needs and tastes, which meant that no time was wasted. One day she e-mailed us to tell us that she had found a place that seemed perfect. We came over as soon as we could, viewed it, fell in love with it and made an offer on the spot. Fabienne's charm and efficiency took much of the pain out of the trial of our relocation. I recommend her very highly.

Fabienne is an amazing realtor. She always listened and worked really hard to find the right home for me. It was my first move in 17 years so you can imagine that it was not easy. Fabienne never showed me apartments that did not fit my wants and needs. She never wasted my time. Also, Fabienne is an honest person, which is not that common among real estate agents. She is not the type of agent who, when she shows you an apartment, says "Oh, isn't this wonderful?" Instead, she asks you whether YOU like the apartment. I looked to purchase a home in Manhattan, on and off, for 10 years but I didn't buy one until I met Fabienne. We worked well together and, in the end, we nailed it. By the time I finished working with Fabienne, we had become friends. She's top-notch.
