Having been an expatriate from Paris, I understand all the difficulties families will have to face when relocating to our city. I have an extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools, convenient stores, religious places, parks and day-care centers. Moving to a foreign country presents unique challenges. I am confident that my personal and professional experiences will help make your transition to New York City a smooth one.
Selling condos, new developments and resales, comprise roughly 75% of my business. I understand the importance of owning your own place -- I mostly have lived in condos in the city. Although condos only make up 30% of the inventory in the city, I know the buildings and new projects extremely well which allows me to offer a level of expertise that helps my clients find the right home for their needs.
Because I live in and own a townhouse, I closely relate to buyers and sellers of townhouses and I understand the nuances of townhouse living. In a townhouse, you have total freedom to do what you want to your home. It truly is yours.
