Early on in the buying, selling or investing process, I take the time to gain a thorough understanding of a client’s objectives. Clients can be assured that they will have a positive experience and that every effort will be made to have the deal go swiftly and smoothly.

When selling a property, a client can expect a cohesive sales strategy that includes proper pricing, advertising, creative target marketing, and open houses for brokers and the public. This customized strategy takes into account their property’s unique features, an analysis of the current market conditions, and market timing.

I am the owner of a successful real estate investment firm and have had a string of personal successes in my own transactions. I possesses extensive knowledge in the sale of both pre-construction and existing properties and can provide advice and insight based on my experience.

I have called Manhattan home for over twenty years and serve all areas of the city, from the Upper East Side to neighborhoods West and South. Without a doubt, Gabriel is the best of the best in real estate agents. He covers all his bases, makes sure his client is informed, and he does all his homework and research before bringing new information to the table. For example, we had an offer on our apartment, and before even forwarding that offer to us, he negotiated the price to what we had asked for. We happened to be traveling for seven months while the apartment was on the market, so when our first buyer was rejected by our co-op Board, Gabriel again took the reins and got to work. He contacted other prospective buyers that we had spoken with before, and within a matter of hours, he was able to get a higher offer than our asking price from one of these buyers. By this time, the market had dropped about 20%, so we found Gabriel's ability to get this offer to be amazing. Anytime someone asks for a recommendation, we immediately offer Gabriel's contact information. He's on top of his game, top-notch, and can find a solution to any problem before we're even aware of the problem's existence.

I moved out of the city ten years ago, and I'd been renting my unit to tenants since then. I decided I wanted to sell the space and contacted Gabriel to assist me with the sale. Because of his outstanding work, I have already recommended Gabriel to my brother. What I found to be especially comforting and helpful about working with Gabriel was his communication and responsiveness. Gabriel provided me with weekly updates, and he gave me his honest opinion in terms of how I should price the space and what he thought the look and feel of the unit was. Gabriel knows the Hell's Kitchen market very well. He helped me with both the sale of an investment property and the purchase of a personal property in this neighborhood, and I found his knowledge to be extremely valuable. Gabriel actually lives in the building in which I had my investment property, so he had a great handle on how to market it and sell it. We put the property on the market just as prices started to slip, but Gabriel held out and was able to get a bid that matched our asking price. In terms of my purchase, Gabriel was able to find me a temporary rental with just two days notice while we searched for a permanent new home for me. Especially in this market, I found his ability to effectively negotiate a price for me to be remarkable. He was very tough, and I was glad he was on my side during that drawn out process.

Gabriel has helped me with three real estate transactions, and at this point, he's the only realtor I'd use in the city. He looks out for me, and he treats me as his first priority. I look at Gabriel as a banker overseeing my real estate bank account. For Gabriel, working relationships are long-term. He knows that nurturing these relationships is beneficial to both parties involved, so he genuinely wants what's best for his clients. He's never pushy or obnoxious. Most agents have a huge listing of available properties in their areas of expertise, but Gabriel's Rolodex also includes a strong network of relationships with other agents. This allows him to be on the cutting edge of what properties are soon to be available or even have a possibility of becoming available. Through the time I've been working with Gabriel, I've seen his progression from a single agent to a professional with a team, and he's earned it. He came into real estate as a career, not as the result of downsizing in another industry. He sees the bigger picture with his clients, and he makes sure to cover every base during the buying or selling process so that the closing ends on a high note. On one occasion, Gabriel was truly instrumental in saving a deal from stalling. He really pushed it through to closing—in a very polite and assertive way—and I find that to be invaluable. Gabriel helped me find a property for my son, who was going to be living temporarily in the city. We originally looked at finding a rental, but Gabriel was helpful in explaining New York's real estate protocol, and I decided to purchase instead. I've purchased two investment properties with Gabriel. He provides a top-rate service, and he's always contactable and completely trustworthy. I bought my first property without even seeing it, and it was also my first time buying in the US. Gabriel helped me considerably in this process, sourcing a lawyer and taking care of every step of the purchase. My second property was a new construction, and Gabriel did an equally good job with that purchase. He has successfully rented and re-rented these apartments for me, as well. Gabriel was immensely helpful in selling our property. We put the apartment on the market just a week after everything had crashed, so we knew the process was going to take a long time. As the weeks dragged on, we grew discouraged, but Gabriel was positive and supportive. Despite handling a number of properties and clients, Gabriel gave us his full attention - he was always able to answer any questions we had. He travels quite a bit for his business, and during visits to Dubai and Russia, he tried to recruit various buyers for our property. What set Gabriel apart from other agents is that he provided a completely different level of service. I've known Gabriel for many years, since we lived in the same building. He's an astute businessman. He's up-front and transparent, as well, which I like as a businessman. He never thickens a sales pitch to create a false sense of optimism. Gabriel worked outside of the box to sell my apartment, which in these economic times is very helpful.
