I have been selling Manhattan real estate for the last 20 years. My primary business is residential sales of apartments, lofts and townhouses. I have many repeat customers and I gain many exclusive sale listings from these referrals; however, I also enjoy working with buyers. Over the years, the average price range of my individual sales has increased and currently, most of my business is in the $1.5-3 million range. Having said that, if someone refers me to their daughter or son wanting a studio or a one bedroom apartment I am happy to help. I have also been named the "Broker of the Year" in the Greenwich Village office, won the "Broker of the Month" award numerous times and have been a consistent member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club since I joined the Corcoran Group in 1995.
