I was originally referred to Ivana by a real estate agent I knew through my family, and because of my experience with her, I've passed on that recommendation to my own friends. Ivana is young, energetic, and extremely smart. I think her biggest strength is her patience. I'm extremely picky, and I don't like having a property sold to me, so Ivana had the tough job of finding me apartments that were already exactly what I was looking for. She showed me between forty and fifty locations that were all within my price range, size, and location preferences, and she never grew impatient or frustrated. I've seen a lot of brokers become annoyed after showing five or ten apartments, but Ivana was energetic and tireless in her search for my home. I would continue to recommend Ivana to others because of the guidance she provides in this real estate environment. New York can be a scary market, and having someone who was experienced and could walk me through the process of purchasing a home was extremely helpful and made the whole transaction much easier on me.

With my apartment, Ivana even went so far as to have a TV interview take place in the space in hopes that a viewer might see the property and want to purchase it. I would definitely recommend Ivana to other sellers, or buyers, and if I decide to return to the city once the market picks up again, I will absolutely call her again.

My experiences working with the real estate market in New York have shown me that it can be a vicious environment, but Ivana is a shining example of how great it could be if everyone had a demeanor like her. Moving out of the city was a very hard decision for me, but Ivana was always very pleasant and positive about the entire process.
