The Jacky Teplitzky team is a business within a business. I created a team that offers sellers tailor-made marketing plans. We have our own graphic designer, public relations firm, business adviser, office manager, and other top-caliber team members whose only goals are to expose the property to the maximum number of buyers and to give the best advise to buyers and investors. Our clients get an entire team working on their behalf for the price of one and everybody gets me.

 

Who am I? I was born in Chile and raised in Israel where I served as a sergeant in the Israeli army. I have also lived in Europe. I was a Managing Director for a large international tourism company with offices in New York, Miami and Los Angeles. My corporate backround gave me the tools to succeed in this highly competitive real estate market.

I worked with Jacky to sell my home. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Prior to meeting with me, she had done quite a bit of due diligence on my home, including a comparable property analysis. She was very organized, so when we did meet, she laid out the entire selling process in our two hour meeting. She took me step-by-step through the process and had anticipated the questions that I might have so she was prepared to answer them. Jacky's claim to fame is her marketing skills. She doesn't just do the standard advertising and open houses. Instead, she does a lot of cross marketing and advertising in all types of publications, she reaches out to foreign buyers and she puts her own touch on the open houses. Throughout the process, I never felt that Jacky was pushing me to make a decision that I was not comfortable with. I told her, at the outset, what I wanted to net from the sale and and we achieved that price. She was very responsive, and if I couldn't reach her directly, I could always reach someone on her team.

Jacky is intelligent, highly professional and she knew the market extremely well, including all comparable apartments in the area. I was looking to downsize, and Jacky got me an excellent price on my condo due to her extensive knowledge of Upper East Side. She was a tireless worker, and that’s something that I think everyone wants out of an agent in this economy. I would recommend her to my family and friends, and that is the highest compliment that I can give a person.

My experience working with Jacky was pleasant. She was very aggressive in selling my investment properties. She definitely knows the business. She is a smart agent who understands the market. Jacky advised us to price our investment properties reasonably, rather than setting the price extremely high which is unusual for brokers to do. What's good about Jacky is that she is always on top of the transaction. She is extremely responsive, always follows-up and is on top of the negotiation process at all times. Our experience working with Jacky to sell our home was excellent. When we first began the process of selling our home, we were working with a different real estate agent. We switched to Jacky and we immediately saw the difference in how Jacky approaches the business. Jacky is very pro-active and a phenomenal marketer. She's not a traditional real estate broker who puts your home on the internet, hosts a few open houses and hopes that your apartment sells. She finds creative ways of luring in customers to the open houses: she threw a few cocktail parties in our home that were sponsored by either a magazine or a liquor company to get as many real estate agents into our home as possible and to generate buzz about our apartment. Jacky not only came up with creative ways to get the word out about our home, but she also found ways to keep the listing fresh even after our home had spent some time on the market. A lot of times, properties on the market get stale. She finds new angles and ways to market the apartment that make your product look special. From the beginning, she did a great job of marketing our home.

Jacky was instrumental in doing everything to sell my apartment. I think that Jacky is the most professional and knowledgeable realtor that I've ever worked with. She is a brilliant marketer. She did a catered open house for brokers in addition to open houses for actual buyers. She did a phenomenal job of marketing my apartment online -- on the various sites, my apartment got around 15,000 combined hits. Jacky generated a tremendous response to my apartment, especially given the market. Jacky's team is absolutely magnificent. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable and responsive.
