The majority of my business is referral-based and very often my client is a young professional looking to buy their first home in the city. These clients often are recent college or business school graduates who have limited financial resources. Typically, these transactions involve parental participation either by assisting financially or by making the purchase outright for the child as a gift. These transactions require a bit more time and patience to ensure that everyone is happy. Some co-ops allow for a parent to gift the money for the purchase while others do not, so knowing which buildings will allow for this type of purchase is critical. My extensive experience in working with this type of buyer allows me to guide my clients confidently through the purchasing process.

My goal is to create a personalized experience that is second to none while guiding my clients through the vast array of choices and decisions involved in the buying and selling of luxury property. I am a dedicated professional who remains on the cutting edge of real estate by attending conferences, round table events and seminars.
I’ve built effective business relationships and have developed an extensive network of real estate professionals throughout the country. Most of my business is referral-based.
While working with sellers, I offer a customized marketing plan and for my buyers I am able to draw upon my financial services background to analyze my client’s buying power so that I am able to guide them confidently through the purchasing process.
In 2007, I was selected by the Real Estate Board of New York to receive further education. This forum was offered only to agents who have achieved prowess in the industry and is designed to help them share experiences and discuss ways to improve the client relationship with regard to the sale of New York City properties. Only 30 agents were chosen to attend this training and receive the New York Residential Specialist Designation (NYRS) as proof of their commitment to ethics, negotiating skills and knowledge of the marketplace.
In addition, I consistently achieved the distinction of being named to NRT’s Top 1,000 Sales Associates out of all 64,000 sales associates nationwide. A graduate of Rutgers University, I earned my bachelor’s degree in management and finance. I am also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate.
