When most other brokers were ignoring Upper Manhattan, where I happen to live, I was the first from a large firm to recognize its worth and to successfully focus my efforts there, realizing record breaking prices time and again for my sellers. This is where I cut my teeth, made a name for myself and continue to set the standard. The entertainment and theater communities know that I am the broker to call to buy or sell; whether one is a first year chorus dancer or a bona-fide star, a musician or technician, a writer, designer or director, I understand their unique needs as I was a successful and respected performer myself. As a Realtor I am as fiercely dedicated to this community as it has been loyal to me.
I LOVE working with first-time buyers! Home ownership changed my life, but when I bought my first apartment, it was a torturous process. One of the reasons I got into real estate was because I felt it did not need to be so painful. As a performer at the time, I was not given the respect I deserved as a customer, as a professional or as a person. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is helping a first-time buyer become a home owner. With compassion and patience I offer an education and plenty of hand-holding not to mention steadfast advocacy for all my customers.

My practice is built almost exclusively on personal referrals and repeat clients; I rarely market myself.
My mission statement guides everyone on my team: "To possess and to use an abundance of honesty, civility, integrity and talent: I shall demand this of myself. This commitment will inform everything I say and do while engaged as an advocate in the service of others.
