Having lived on the Upper East Side for 15 years, I know just how special the neighborhood is. Its individuality is part of what makes my job selling real estate in the area that much more satisfying and rewarding. With more than 23 years of sales experience in the business, I have utilized my skills to help my customers and clients with all their real estate needs -- no matter how small or large.

The most important aspect of my job is ensuring that my customers and clients are happy and satisfied with the purchase or sale of their apartment. I build trusting relationships with my customers because I understand that buying or selling a home is not only one of the largest financial transactions of their lives, but is also an emotional one. In a way, your home becomes a part of your family -- you make memories there, raise a family there and it's your sanctuary from the grind that the city can sometimes present. Because I have been able to build long-term relationships with my clients, most of my business is referral based. To me, that's the biggest compliment I could receive.

Working with Kerry was a great pleasure. She is an outstanding broker who worked tirelessly for me. Even though we went through a number of apartments before finding the right one, Kerry always remained patient, cheerful and positive. She was very quick to perceive my intentions and to help me clarify them. Now I have a view of the Hudson!

Working with Kerry is a phenomenal experience. I've come across a lot of real estate brokers in my law practice, and there are many who are only in the business for a few years as a side job. This isn't the case with Kerry. She's a true professional, and she understands the seriousness of the transactions she's involved in. She understands that the process can be emotional for clients, and she's always on their side. Because of this, I refer many of my clients to Kerry, and they all come back to me with the same level of feedback. She always has her clients' interests in mind, even if it means that the client won't choose a particular buyer or make a bid on a particular apartment. If that's the case, Kerry continues to work and search until her client is satisfied. In addition, if there are any problems with a building or property, she finds them and notifies her clients. She knows that her business is based on having a very satisfied clientèle, and she really does everything she can to make sure that's the case.

I'm not usually fond of real estate agents, but I've been so satisfied with Kerry that I've recommended her to a number of friends. I've worked with Kerry to buy two properties and sell one, and I've found that she's truly antithetical to other agents I've worked with. She never rushes her clients, and she's very calm about both buying and selling. She has incredible instincts, and her ability to read any situation makes her a great deal-maker. She added tremendous value to all the transactions we were involved in. I like a broker who is a real asset, and she definitely fits that description.

Kerry was extremely organized and meticulous in how she presented our Co-op to prospective buyers. She was very thorough in her follow-up and had an extremely nice manner about her. She was a pleasure to deal with as a seller and we always felt very well-represented with potential buyers. I would highly recommend Kerry to any buyer or seller of a property in NYC. She is very knowledgeable in the Upper East Side market and is a true professional on every level.

I would absolutely recommend Kerry to my friends and family. She's incredibly responsive, understanding, and a real pleasure to work with. What I liked most about working with Kerry was that she's very professional. I was looking for a pied-a-terre condo in the city, and she really understood exactly what I wanted and needed in my purchase. Because of that, I never felt like Kerry was trying to sell me another home. She listened to my preferences and showed me properties that fit the criteria that I had explained to her. Searching for my condo with Kerry was a very enjoyable experience. Not only was every property in line with what I was looking for, but the search itself was a lot of fun - Kerry knows her business well, and made the whole process a pleasure.

Kerry really knows her job. She is currently helping me to close on a co-op on the Upper West Side. Because I am purchasing the apartment as a pied-a-terre, the process is more complicated because most co-op buildings do not allow pied-a-terres. Kerry is very smart, and great to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and approachable -- she is there to answer any, and all, of my questions. Kerry's listening skills, and her ability to understand exactly what my needs and interests are great. She educated me about what was currently available in the market. During the negotiation stage, she provided me with excellent advice in terms of what to offer. More recently, her ability to help me prepare my application packet and to get ready to meet the board members has been extremely helpful. On a personal basis, I like Kerry and I enjoy working with her. I would absolutely recommend her.

I'm a real estate broker myself, so I'm a very tough judge of other agents. Kerry is such an adept agent that I've recommended her to a number of friends and clients. To someone working in the real estate industry, one of the most important characteristics of an agent is honesty, and Kerry is one of the most honest people I've ever met. She's a great businesswoman, but her personality is humble and sweet, and I think that's a remarkably rare combination. From working with her, I've been able to see very clearly that Kerry's interests lie in matching her clients with a home that is perfect for them, not making a deal. I've worked with Kerry a number of times, and I would readily contact her again if I decided to enter the market again.
