Specialties
As a Senior Vice President at Sotheby's International Realty, I regularly work with buyers from all around the globe. This enables me to market my listings to the broadest possible network of potential buyers. I deal with clients on an as-need basis, whether they are looking to buy or sell an investment property, a pied-a-terre or a personal home. My favorite part of my job is helping find someone the right home for their needs, no matter what the price range.
In the past year, I have traveled throughout the world including to France, Italy, Spain, Russia, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Thailand and Abu Dhabbi. At each destination, I have leveraged the Sotheby's International Realty brand to develop a network of clients -- both buyers and sellers. I have helped dozens of international clients move to Manhattan and I teach seminars in Manhattan about buying and investing in NYC real estate.
In the past two years, I have sold $60 million of Manhattan townhouses.
I regularly work with buyers from all around the globe and in all price ranges, including homes over $10 million. Buying and selling homes in the ultra-luxury market is unique because there are fewer properties and potential counter-parties.

Agent's personal statement
Buying a home is a very personal statement. I believe when clients look at potential properties they "buy with their heart." That is why I listen to my clients to learn what means most to them and what they consider important. By doing this, I can more effectively and efficiently match my clients with the right home for their needs. Studying the computer listings is not my way; instead, I prefer a more personal approach: finding my clients the right home sometimes comes down to simply having a gut feeling that there is a fit.
One critical aspect of my job is guiding my clients through the process so that they can make confident and educated decisions. That is why I am so diligent in gathering market information and comparable homes. I encourage my clients to see a variety of apartments so that they can get a good sense of the market.
I also am extremely experienced working with international clients. Since most international clients, and non-New Yorkers are unfamiliar with the rules that apply to buying co-ops, condos and townhouses in Manhattan it can be intimidating for these types of clients to purchase a home in the city. Having many years of experience working with non-New Yorkers looking to buy in Manhattan, I hold my clients' hands throughout the process and explain the nuances of purchasing in Manhattan such as putting together a co-op board package and preparing for a co-op board interview.
