I have sold new developments in world class buildings such as 15 Central Park West and many projects on the Upper East and Upper West Side of Manhattan. I work with sellers to develop a strategic marketing plan to get their homes sold and closed all over Manhattan. I have sold hundreds of millions of dollars in Manhattan Real Estate.
I am always searching for the latest and greatest new development project in Manhattan. I, myself, have invested in several new development projects in Manhattan and am currently a homeowner in a brand new development on the Upper East Side. Many developers and their representatives contact me about their latest projects. One developer awarded me a Maserati and chauffeur for a year. This was for selling the most apartments of any broker in his huge new development. I would be happy to go over the latest new development projects taking place in Manhattan with you.
I think one of the reasons that I have worked well with estates is that I give my sincere and honest assessment of the property while understanding the sensitive nature of the situation. I have worked with executors and attorneys on the real estate component of the estate.
