I’m a professional real estate investor. My firm has a portfolio that includes well over $1 billion of real estate property, so I consider myself one of the more picky clients for a broker. I’ve worked with a number of commercial and residential agents all over the country, and Michael is truly exceptional for a number of reasons. Working with Michael includes working with Michael’s full-service team. While he concentrates on the major buying and selling involved, his team works in the background to make sure the whole experience is as smooth and seamless as possible. He has people helping to find rental properties for his clients when they’re in between properties, and even before making a sale, his team is scouting new properties for a future purchase. In searching to buy, Michael takes the time necessary to figure out what his clients are looking for. In my case, he introduced me to a neighborhood I had never even considered living in before, but it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. He and his team don’t work solely off of elementary preferences such as number of bedrooms or square footage, but they take into account the proximity of a location to public transit, the quality of the building that the property is in, and the actual cost per square foot of the residence. I’ve recommended Michael to multiple colleagues and friends. It’s fairly easy to find a broker in Manhattan who’s a complete disaster, but finding one with Michael’s talent is not only rare, but extremely difficult.

I know that when people say something is near perfect, it’s very hard to believe, but with Michael, it’s absolutely true. Michael is the most professional and efficient person I’ve ever met.
