My wife, Sandra Gansberg, and I work as a team. Our goal is always the same: devoting all our energy, experience, and skill to make sure our clients' needs are addressed and their goals are achieved in a way that makes the whole experience of working with us not just successful, but enjoyable. To do that, we use our professional skills which represent a total of more than 70 years of business experience. We are both career sellers and negotiators. We pride ourselves on making deals happen. We don't list apartments or show apartments -- we sell apartments.
Prior to real estate, I owned and operated a successful textile business for over 10 years. The skills and experience we have acquired over our long careers coupled with our sensitive, customer-centric attitude, make us especially capable of fulfilling our clients' needs, whether it be helping them find their new home, guiding them through the negotiating process, or representing them in the sale of their present home. We have found that being a husband and wife team helps us appeal to the broadest range of potential clients.
