Our “whatever it takes attitude” is what makes us your ideal real estate agents for both buying and selling. As a husband and wife team, we offer a personal touch and a family feel that most other agents simply cannot provide.

Carolyn truly has an eye for real estate. She developed her skills while working as an art consultant and appraiser for such notable concerns as the Guggenheim Museum, the Michael Ingbar Gallery in Soho, and at Eppraisals.com. Those ten years in the art field helped Carolyn develop a keen sense of aesthetic, space and design.

Paul started his career in 1979, cooking with passion at some of the finest establishments in the country. In 1993, Paul formed a restaurant partnership which made him a major part of fine dining establishments such as RAIN, CALLE OCHO, BLT PRIME AND DJANGO. That same year, Paul found his second passion, real estate, and bought his first apartment building in what was then the unknown Windsor Terrace section of Brooklyn. He continued to accumulate ownership of deeds and manage multiple residences throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Today, our customers and clients never miss out on a prime opportunity because we read constantly to keep abreast of market trends and inventory. Our buyers can be confident that our ability to listen, act fairly and responsibly and deliver on our promises will enable them to grab the right home at the right time. What makes Paul and Carolyn different from any other broker I've worked with is their extremely pro-active approach to selling. I received daily updates from them regarding the sale of my house. In these updates, Paul and Carolyn would recap any open houses and visitors to the space, as well as how many e-mails and phone calls were received in reference to my property. I never had to step in and ask for updates, so I was able to relax and stay hands-off while they did the work. My apartment sold in three weeks, and I was very satisfied with the price I got for it. I would definitely recommend Paul and Carolyn. I thin kthey're very hardcore in terms of how responsive they are to clients. I received daily status updates via email and phone. They let me know how many calls, emails, etc on the property. I never had to step in and ask for updates. They were super pro-active, so I was pretty hands-off. That makes them different from other brokers. Open houses done well, sold the apartment in three weeks. Yes.

Paul and Carolyn were incredibly dynamic with the sale of my apartment. They had some really good, different ideas in terms of marketing the property, and because of their experience, they were able to offer advice and answer the various queries I had during the process. It was a tough time to sell, but their service was wholly customer-oriented, so they made sure that I had all the information I needed in order to make educated decisions regarding things such as pricing. I've already recommended Paul and Carolyn to others, because while they were not the first brokers I worked with, they were head and shoulders above the rest.

When we initially came to the city, we worked with several agents, but we quickly decided to work exclusively with Carolyn and Paul. Without a doubt, they excelled and set themselves apart from the rest, and our experience with them was very positive. Carolyn's knowledge, expertise, and all around helpfulness was the best we'd seen. The first time we contacted her, she was on vacation out of the country, and she returned our phone call within two hours. I think that showed a remarkable level of commitment to her job. The process of finding a place was long, and many people we'd talked to warned us that their agents had all but disappeared when the search became tedious. We met Paul and Carolyn at an open house when we were looking for a new home. That open house was probably the best one we'd been to, in terms of organization and presentation. There was champagne flowing, music playing, Paul and Carolyn were dressed nicely, and they had an assistant there to help them out. They never pressured us into putting an offer on the place, nor did they use the usual scare tactics that brokers are known for. We decided to place a bid on our own, and once the offer was accepted, Paul and Carolyn were instrumental in guiding us through the co-op application process. Neither of us had purchased in a co-op before, and the amount of information we had to gather was overwhelming; however, Paul and Carolyn were incredibly thorough and helped us through the whole process. After purchasing the co-op with Paul and Carolyn, we decided to use them to sell our old property. The amount of work they did to market and prepare the space for the sale was fantastic, and we found their ethics to be particularly remarkable throughout the entire transaction. Without a doubt, I'd recommend Paul and Carolyn to others. They were extremely professional and personable from the start, and those qualities carried through until the end.

Paul and Carolyn can literally get anything accomplished for their clients. When they say "we make it happen," they mean it. Anything they say they can do, they deliver on. If there's something a client needs that's more than what was originally asked for, Paul and Carolyn deliver on that as well. They leave no stone unturned when it comes to accomplishing their client's goals. Paul and Carolyn also have an innate understanding of how emotional and stressful the process of buying and selling real estate can be. Because of this, they make it a priority to put their clients at ease throughout the process, often putting out fires and diffusing crises without the client even knowing. At the same time, Paul and Carolyn never neglect or sugar-coat the truth. Every time I work with them they are up front with me and keep me well-informed every step of the way. Anytime they have contact with buyers/sellers or other agents - good or bad - they call or e-mail me to summarize what has been discussed. I would recommend them without hesitation. Their working style is perfect for the intense New Yorker and their keen awareness makes them excellent negotiators. These two know what they're doing.

I think Paul and Carolyn are completely phenomenal. I work in finance, so I tend to have a very limited amount of time to work on other projects, and I'm very detail oriented. Because of this, I found Paul and Carolyn's service to be extremely helpful. First, their response time to any question I had was excellent. They answered within five minutes, no matter what the question was, and I found this to be impressive. Second, they went completely out of their way to understand what I was looking for. I told them what I wanted in my new home, and they made sure to only show me homes with those characteristics. In fact, the property that I ended up purchasing was one that I originally didn't even want to view. I thought I would hate the street, but Carolyn said that she thought I'd really like the apartment, and it turned out to be the first that really jumped out at me as something I'd love to live in. I recommended Paul and Carolyn to my sister's family when they moved to the city from Switzerland, and their situation was very complicated. There was currency exchange, the fact that they had two children, and a number of other complexities involved in the transaction. Paul and Carolyn were extremely accommodating, and they were able to work through each obstacle and find a wonderful home for my sister.

Working with Paul and Carolyn was amazing. They are two of the most responsive people I've ever worked with. As a lawyer, I expect my colleagues to be responsive, and Paul and Carolyn were easily on that level. When I worked with Paul and Carolyn, I saw that they had a great sense of the city's market in terms of how to price a property and where to put in a bid. With my husband's sale, they were able to settle on a listing price that garnered quite a bit of interest and enabled us to sell the space quickly. With my purchase, they were able to find a subset of listings that fit what I was looking for, and they negotiated the price of my property extremely effectively. Because the property was a co-op, Paul and Carolyn went the extra step of helping to compose the package, preparing me for the interview, and even calling before and after to see how things went. Their helpfulness was on a level I'd never seen before, and I very much appreciated that. I've already recommended Paul and Carolyn to both family and friends, and I would definitely do so again.

I knew Paul from the restaurant industry years ago, so when my husband and I were looking for our first home and stumbled across one of Paul's listings, I had to go see him. We decided that the space we visited wasn't exactly what we wanted, but after becoming reacquainted with Paul, we decided we wanted to use him and Carolyn as our agents for the purchase. From the minute we started working with Paul and Carolyn, we knew that they were incredibly dedicated to us. We had worked with some agents in the past that we liked quite a bit, but with Paul and Carolyn, we felt like they woke up every morning thinking about properties that might suit us. I worked with Carolyn during an upsize move I made two years ago. I had been working with another broker at the time when I met Carolyn at an open house. After speaking with her and seeing how knowledgeable she was, I decided to switch brokers. She quickly came to understand what I was looking for and didn't overwhelm me with properties to view. She showed me what she thought I'd like and was always accurate. I also enjoyed being around her. Her energy is high and she didn't waste any time. Carolyn's level of customer service was tremendous. One I settled on what I wanted to buy, she connected me to a real estate lawyer, mortgage broker, helped with the property applications, and also educated me on the financial aspect of buying and selling properties. Carolyn was also instrumental in finding a buyer for the apartment I was selling. Once she took over the sale, we had more interest and it quickly sold. She has a great style and is aggressive and creative about her approach. I really can't speak more highly of my experience with Carolyn. Paul and Carolyn have helped me to sell a property, find a tenant for a property that I own, and find a rental property for my family to live in. Each of these experiences has been wonderful. Paul and Carolyn are completely responsive and on top of their game. With the sale of my apartment, they were able to get a number of potential buyers interested in the space by making it very attractive. What I really appreciated was that Paul and Carolyn have a strict code of ethics, and it was closely matched to mine. When an offer came in, they told me the different choices I had in terms of how to respond to it, and while they weren't pushy, they made it clear that some of these responses were less honest than others. Their honesty was extraordinary, and they were completely fair to everyone that we came into contact with. Paul and Carolyn have always been great advocates of me as a client, and because of their great service, I've recommended them to more people than I can remember.
