As a well-respected and highly-quoted stock analyst for more than a decade, I bring financial expertise, as well as peace of mind, persistence and patience to prospective clients.

Sellers know that I will intelligently and strategically market their homes to fetch the maximum price. For buyers, my ability to listen to their needs, work within their budgetary parameters, and identify and present the best properties Manhattan has to offer will make the process as seamless as possible.

I was born and raised in Manhasset, Long Island, and graduated from Oberlin College with a degree in Economics. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked for more than 10 years as a Senior Securities Analyst for the Value Line Investment Survey, the largest stock advisory newsletter in the U.S. Starting in 1998, I served as the company's chief Internet analyst for seven years.

Today, I am the proud owner of a co-op apartment on West 66th Street. Having lived in Manhattan for the past 15 years, I know the city well. Before moving to the Upper West Side, I lived in such neighborhoods as the Village and Hell's Kitchen.

Working with Perry has been a very positive experience. He’s been extremely helpful throughout the process of searching for and buying an apartment, and he’s always maintained a calm, optimistic disposition even when dealing with potential issues or problems. I first met Perry when I was looking at co-op apartments on my own. I had met a number of different agents, but none of them worked out. Perry was a cut above the rest, which is why I decided to work with him exclusively. We’re currently closing on an apartment in the Upper West Side, and I’m very happy with Perry’s performance. Perry was that he was the listing agent on a property that I helped one of my children purchase. Because everything went so smoothly, I subsequently hired Perry to list an apartment on the Upper West Side that I wanted to sell. I expected it to take eight to ten weeks to sell the property, but we had a buyer commit during the first weekend it was on the market. Perry is a true professional, and that’s really what I think anyone wants when they’re in the market. They want someone who will take the project into their own hands, and that’s what Perry does. He’s very knowledgeable, he follows up immediately, and he’s meticulously detail oriented so that he can keep on top of a sale. Selling a property is a multi-faceted experience – there has to be a lot of follow-up done between the buyer and seller, and Perry handles all of that very smoothly and without any fuss. I would without a doubt recommend Perry to anyone who is serious about buying or selling real estate.

I had a very positive experience working with Perry when buying a condo on the Upper West Side. He did not put me under pressure while I was looking, and I really appreciated that. I had been looking casually and at my leisure for several years, and I liked Perry, in part, because he was generally low-key and patient. He is also responsive. Other brokers exerted a lot of pressure on me and urged me to go through with homes that weren’t right for me, and Perry made sure that I was selecting a home with which I was comfortable.

Perry was fabulous. He’s really unlike any other broker I’ve ever come into contact with. Before we sold our apartment, my husband and I interviewed and even met with some other agents, and we could tell that most of them were just telling us what we wanted to hear and only did what they had to do to close a deal. That wasn’t the case with Perry. Perry worked with us to see what our needs were. He was very honest with us, and we ended up selling our old apartment with Perry for more than the other agents were even willing to ask for. Moreso, Perry went out of his way to do things for us even after we closed the deal, and he never expected to be paid for any of them. When another building went up next door to ours and blocked the view from one of our windows, Perry came over to assess the situation and estimate how the new development would affect the value of our apartment. I would fully recommend Perry as an agent. We have friends who have had nightmares with other agents who would do anything to get the sale, even if it meant lying through their teeth, and Perry’s definitely not that guy.

My experience with Perry was very pleasant. I lived in an apartment on the east side of town, but my lease was ending and I was looking for a better commute to work. I started to look for apartments, but with my budget, everything, I found was either very small or rent-controlled, and it was very hard to even get through the front door. I was connected to Perry through a member of my family, and he was very quickly able to identify two or three apartments in renovated pre-war buildings on the West Side. They were all near a subway, too. By the end of the first day we looked together, I had signed a new lease. Perry came into a process that had been very frustrating and had been dragged out from weeks to months, and he was able to quickly and efficiently solve it. I would absolutely recommend Perry as an agent. In fact, I already have to my friends and family, and he’s helped two of my friends find new apartments, as well.

I came into contact with Perry because he lived in the same building as my mother. About a year ago, she and I decided to move her into a nursing home, and we needed to sell her apartment to pay for the move. My experience with Perry was very good. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and because he lived in the same building as my mother, he knew the members of the Board and the people who worked there. Also, he had renovated his own apartment, which had the same floor plan of my mother's, so he was able to market it with his own personal experience. The whole process was easier because he was always there. I have no hesitations recommending Perry. In fact, a woman contacted me a couple weeks ago as a reference for Perry, and I gave him high marks on everything. I would absolutely recommend Perry as an agent.

Perry is great. Last year when I first started working with him, I just wanted to look and see what was out in the market and get familiar with the process before I decided to buy an apartment. Perry was very helpful in explaining how the real estate market worked, what kind of apartments I should be looking at, and how I should go about approaching a seller. He accompanied me to a few open houses to show me what to look at and to advise me on the properties. Working with Perry was very easy, and he was extremely easy-going while still remaining attentive to my needs. He followed up on my questions right away, and was really on top of any concern I had. I have already recommended Perry to my friends, and some of them have begun to work with him to find a new apartment.
