Specialties
I focus on helping my clients buy and sell co-ops and condos in Manhattan, primarily the Upper West Side where I reside. I am determined to get the best deal possible for my clients, no matter the price range.
I have sold numerous apartments on behalf of the executor of an estate. These apartments require very special handling to garner a top price, including staging, strategic renovations, and thoroughly educating first-time sellers on the unique characteristics of the Manhattan real estate market.
I have sold a large number of co-ops and condos to buyers seeking a seeking a second home in Manhattan. A large percentage of pied-a-terre buyers are actually qualified to purchase a co-op, and may not have to pay a premium for a condo.
First-time buyers often find the process of purchasing a Manhattan apartment very stressful and intimidating. My goal is to try make the sales experience as stress-free as possible by providing thorough and accurate information to first-time buyers and gently guiding them through the entire sales transaction.
I focus on helping my clients buy and sell co-ops and condos in Manhattan, primarily the Upper West Side where I reside. I have sold over $100 million in Manhattan real estate over the past three years.

Agent's personal statement
As a well-respected and highly-quoted stock analyst for more than a decade, I bring financial expertise, as well as peace of mind, persistence and patience to prospective clients.
Sellers know that I will intelligently and strategically market their homes to fetch the maximum price. For buyers, my ability to listen to their needs, work within their budgetary parameters, and identify and present the best properties Manhattan has to offer will make the process as seamless as possible.
I was born and raised in Manhasset, Long Island, and graduated from Oberlin College with a degree in Economics. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked for more than 10 years as a Senior Securities Analyst for the Value Line Investment Survey, the largest stock advisory newsletter in the U.S. Starting in 1998, I served as the company's chief Internet analyst for seven years.
Today, I am the proud owner of a co-op apartment on West 66th Street. Having lived in Manhattan for the past 15 years, I know the city well. Before moving to the Upper West Side, I lived in such neighborhoods as the Village and Hell's Kitchen.
I am an avid tennis player and love the theater and other unique cultural events in New York City. Should you be in the market to buy or sell a home, I look forward to treating you with great courtesy and care.
