I have an experienced perspective of the cultural and social development of neighborhoods after twenty years of residential real estate experience in Manhattan, Greenwich and Beverly Hills. I am able to guide buyers and sellers through a transaction because I understand the market in all of its complexity. Throughout my career I have successfully predicted the value growth of various neighborhoods because I understand the underlying factors that drive the market.

 

In addition to my experience as a broker I have been a successful investor in Manhattan condominiums and townhouses, and suburban estates. My clients trust my judgment because I have personally owned and invested in Manhattan real estate.

 

I have renovated luxury properties in Manhattan and developed suburban luxury homes and have a practiced eye for aesthetic considerations. I have served on the board of The Bruce Museum in Greenwich, Connecticut for twenty years and am a recognized collector of contemporary art.

Because Sachiko is an investor herself and has been investing for over 20 years, she knows everything about the condo market. Further, her insights were invaluable in getting us into new developments within the first week they went selling, and getting us the best price. Furthermore, Sachiko got us the best price possible. When we sold ouin selling our apartments, she has gotten us the top dollar recorded in our building. If you want the highest return on your investment, Sachiko is the absolute best. I have many friends who have been misguided by brokers who took them to lesser quality buildings only to make a commission. Sachiko will always think about the investment value and she has not been wrong with me or my many friends who have worked with her.

I'm very involved in purchasing investment properties in the Midtown area, and I've worked exclusively with Sachiko for a number of years. Before meeting Sachiko, I'd worked with a handful of other brokers, but she was so impressive during our first deal that I've rehired her for every subsequent purchase. Not only does Sachiko help me find condos to rent out, but she even identifies potential tenants, organizes the leasing information, collects rent, and deposits it in my account for me. She takes a lot of responsibility with my properties and really does everything she can to make it as easy as possible for me. I worked with Sachiko for both personal and investment reasons. She has helped me buy and sell condos in a number of areas in the city, including the Meatpacking District, Flatiron, SoHo, Midtown East and Chelsea.
