Specialties
As I began my career in the rental market, I became accustomed to working the entire city and became knowledgeable not only about rental buildings but coops and condos as well. Many of my clients started out as renters and then as their life styles and circumstances changed became my buyers. I have seen them through their first purchase of a one bedroom and helped them close on a four bedroom as their family increased.
I have gone through training and have the designation of a certified relocation specialist. Having moved to New York, 20 years ago from Los Angeles, I understand the emotions and challenges involved in a relocation. It is my job to make my clients move as easy as possible. Not only will I help them find their dream apartment, but I can furnish them with information on schools, shopping, restaurants, etc. I can also recommend mortgage brokers, contractors, lawyers -- anyone or anything that the relocatee may need. I especially give attention to the spouse or partner of the relocatee, who often times is left to handle the move on their own and finds the task daunting. It is very rewarding to know that I have helped to make their move a positive experience.
First time buyers are enjoyable to work with. They are enthusiastic and excited about making this investment but need help and someone with experience, who can guide them in making the right choice. As I have worked with young people since the beginning of my career, I have the patience and knowledge to accomplish this.

Agent's personal statement
The two reasons that I decided to become a real estate broker were my love of working with people and my fascination with New York City architecture. Over the past 15 years these reasons haven't changed. I still love working with people and my love of NYC has only grown.
As a broker in the city, each client presents a new and different challenge. Yet, certain aspects of my job always stay the same: for buyers, my ultimate goal is to make my clients excited, and yet comfortable, with the purchase of their new home and for sellers, I strive to make my clients confident that they have made the best deal they possibly could. Throughout my career, I've been able to achieve these goals by remembering that the process is about my client's wants and needs. It is essential that I listen carefully to what my clients have to say. Having moved here from California, I understand how important it is to work with an agent who not only cares, but listens.
I define my success by my client's happiness and I know that I've done my job when I develop long-term relationships with my clients.
