My aim is to help clients buy and sell condos and co-ops between $500,0000 to as much as $10 million in Midtown as well as on the Upper East Side and Upper West Sides in Manhattan. I also focus on helping internationial investors purchase and lease their investment properties for the highest possible NOI.
Close to one third of my buyers are "investors." My investors do not simply purchase properties as a pure rental income vehicle but for long-term investment prospectives. Some may be relocating from overseas with long-term investment objectives down the road; while some purchase investment properties but eventually use them as their secondary or even primary home. I have also worked well with both domestic and international investors who are only interested in new development projects or recent developments in Manhattan. Given my previous professional background in Fortune 50 companies in the US and in Asia (Japan, Hong Kong and Korea), I have completed many successful transactions with international investors and familes.
I have worked numerous successful deals with relocating families as well as executives and investors over the past several years. Given my background working throughout the U.S. and overseas, I have the knowledge and "know-how" to pick and choose the type of products and locations this type of buyer seeks.

I handle the vital “nuts and bolts” of a real estate deal, i.e. the financing, negotiating and marketing, plus ease the emotions involved in buying or selling one’s home.
My extensive background in finance, marketing and technology coupled with my caring nature and market knowledge make every transaction seamless and rewarding.
Born and raised in Seoul, Korea, I have lived in several wonderful places including Upper West Side and Upper East Side.
Professionally, I worked as an actuarial analyst between AIG office in Tokyo and Delaware. Prior to joining Corcoran Group, I spear-headed the product marketing team at Microsoft, launching Microsoft products regionally throughout 12 countries in the Asia-Pacific while based in Hong Kong.
A graduate of New York University Schack Institute, I earned a master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment. I am fluent in Japanese and Korean.
