I primarily focus my business downtown, in neighborhoods such as TriBeCa, SoHo, Chelsea and the Village. My sales range from around $1 Million to $10 Million, and in my career, I've sold roughly $100 million of Manhattan real estate.
I am an expert at selling lofts because this is what I've always focused on. Most of the inventory in the neighborhoods in which I specialize such as TriBeCa and SoHo, are lofts and this is where I work most frequently. I've learned to recognize what separates certain types of lofts from others, and I understand and appreciate the history behind these great buildings and neighborhoods. That is the true talent.
With my vast experience buying and selling penthouse units in Downtown Manhattan, as well as currently owning one myself, I've learned to find the highlights and top qualities of penthouse-living. Whether it's the views, the outdoor space or just the allure of being on the top floor, penthouses hold so many amazing characteristics which set them apart from a traditional apartment.
I have had the great experience of working with several celebrities over the years. I understand their need for privacy and also their focus on top quality. I treat all of my customers to a chauffeured car and take care of all their needs while in my care.
