Over my career the majority of my customers have sold and bought properties in the $500,000 to $5M range. I specialize in new development condominiums!! The last six years have been dedicated to working with developers and buyers of new development properties on the UES, UWS and Harlem! There are many details that buyers and sellers will never be privy to from any website. As a professional in these areas I realize that not all buyers have the stomach for the "new development" process and can often see the light in a townhouse.
Townhouses have their own pros and cons. It's my position to educate buyers and sellers as to the proper questions to ask on both ends of the deal. This is not rocket science but customers need the right agent to navigate and negotiation a townhouse deal properly. That's why I'm here!
For the customers that are working with pets: this is often an obstacle that can be overcome by the knowledge of dog-runs, pet-friendly buildings and knowing how to handle pets. Growing up in North Carolina near my uncle's farm has left me with a huge heart for pets of all kinds.
