I don't hesitate to commit 100% to my customers but I ask in return that they do the same. I am not afraid to call it as I see it. Given my track record, I can confidently say that my approach is on the money.

The manner in which I conduct my business has enabled me to garner the respect of my peers, as evidenced by my participation in Corcoran’s Advisory Council. A founding member of Corcoran’s West Side office, I have earned honors as Sales Person of the month, Top 10 Sales Person Company wide, and I am a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club.

Although I cater to an upscale clientele, my dedication extends to customers of every type. My finely tuned intuition in understanding my customers and matching them with the right properties has brought me overwhelming satisfaction. So much so that 98% of my business are repeat clients and referrals from satisfied customers. I see my role as an educator and my advice is direct and sincere.

I am a real estate attorney and have worked with Vie Wilson on many transactions in Harlem and other Manhattan neighborhoods. Vie has helped my clients buy and sell condominiums, co-ops and townhouses. She is an expert in the market. She knows and loves the Harlem neighborhood and her enthusiasm is contagious! She understands what buyers and sellers need – whether it is apartment size and amenities or budget. She is hard working, fair and ethical. I trust Vie completely and would recommend her whole heartedly and without reservation. I haven't bought or sold with Vie, but as a real estate attorney, I work with her extremely often to help close deals with her clients. I've seen the way Vie works with all of her clients, both in the field and during negotiations, and I would recommend her without question. I am a real estate attorney in private practice for over 25 years. I have worked with Vie for several years on residential real estate transactions involving a number of mutual clients. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful but Vie manages to make it less so due to her professionalism and personality. My husband and I have worked with Vie multiple times to buy and sell co-ops on the Upper West Side and we both enjoy working with her.
