I have been selling Manhattan real estate for the last 20 years. My primary business is residential sales of apartments, lofts and townhouses. I have many repeat customers and I gain many exclusive sale listings from these referrals; however, I also enjoy working with buyers. Over the years, the average price range of my individual sales has increased and currently, most of my business is in the $1.5 - $3 million range. Having said that, if someone refers me to their daughter or son wanting a studio or a one bedroom apartment I am happy to help. In my 20 years in the business, I have sold roughly $200-300 million of Manhattan real estate and have completed more than 500 transactions.
